The residents association was formed in 2003 to campaign to make our neighbourhood better: safer, cleaner and with more green and recreational space. We are liaising with other local neighbourhoood groups, with Tower Hamlets Council and other representatives. Please join us, to help sustain the changes we have started, and to make a difference to our special neighbourhood. Whether you work or live here – or both - , your voice is important.

I think that this is a very useful site and I'm glad that you have been successful in dealing with a number of eyesores in the area. Hopefully both myself and my partner will be able to help with the garden at the one o'clock club.
I really believe that there are just a few improvements required to really lift the neighbourhood visually. One of the issues that concerns me is the industrial units at Rhoda Street. Is there any support we could apply for in terms of grants for improving the perimeter. I noted that there had recently been flytipping around there and it does seem such a broken up street that it would encourage rubbish tipping and possibly antisocial behaviour.
Any suggestions would be welcome
Thank you for your comments. I suggest you attend our next meeting where we can address this issue. Our next meeting is Tue 28th November. We will hopefully see you there. Please do post any other issues that you would like to add to the meeting agenda. Thank you.
